<p>Individualized Residential Alternatives (IRA&#8217;s):  a series of professional managed homes for 6 to 8 adolescent to young adult developmentally challenged residents.  MIV provides residential habilitation training for these young people to allow them to become increasingly self-sufficient, active members of the community.</p>
